Millennium Park has become one of the most popular destinations in Chicago.  Opening in 2004 to rave reviews, this 24.5 acre park is one of the great public spaces in Chicago.  Millennium Park features sculptures, fountains, gardens and one of the best outdoor concert venues in the U.S.  The park hosts hundreds of concerts and events throughout the year, and is the summer home of the Grant Park Orchestra and Chorus.  Millennium Park is a place you could spend an hour or several hours, depending on your desire to walk through green spaces or take-in a concert.  If you are looking to take a break from your explorations, try Tavern at the Park (across from Millennium Park at 130 East Randolph) for great food and drink. Given the proximity to Grant Park, you may want to combine the Millennium Park Tour with the Grant Park Tour. (Approximate distance of Millennium Park walking tour: 0.5 miles.)
